Born in western Colorado, Rev. Dennis McCarty has written novels and plays, doing construction work and then teaching English to support his writing habit. He decided to become a minister in the late 1990’s, and is now Minister Emeritus at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbus, Indiana.
